On Jun 8, 2010According to the Politico, while working as the White House Political Director, Patrick Gaspard, the former political director of SEIU’s local 1199, failed to report on his financial disclosure payments of nearly $40,000 from SEIU Local 1199. The money that went unreported on his 2009 financial disclosure, Gaspard claims is severance and back pay for unused vacation and sick leave from Local 1199. According to the Politico, Gaspard checked a box on the disclosure which stated he had no income from previous employers to declare in 2009, yet he did.
