Because the contract was written after Act 10 took effect which banned such arrangements, a Wisconsin judge has ruled SEIU’s contract was null and void. SEIU ridiculously tried to use a lower court’s finding that the law was unconstitutional to support their case — even though higher courts had found the law to be constitutional.
